Clothing, bags and accessories on the FROCK website are all vintage, previously loved pieces. Vintage clothing is rarely showroom new. Although we make every effort to select only pieces in pristine condition, sometimes a piece is too wonderful to pass up. Any defect to an item will be clearly stated in the item description. Please be aware colors may vary from one computer screen to another. We will try to be as accurate as possible in both the photos and written description of the item. If you have any questions about an item before purchase, please contact us (via the contact page) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY

FROCK gladly accepts returns for any items you are not fully pleased with.

How to return:

Let us know within 2 days of receipt of the item you would like to return it (All packages are tracked, we know exactly when it arrived, so please don’t despair, you have plenty of time to try the item on and give it some thought).

Items must be returned to FROCK in the same condition they were received. All items leaving the store are documented. Insurance is recommended for the return trip.

Items must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING: Items are sent via USPS or FEDEX. International shipping is via FEDEX only.

SIZING: We measure all of our pieces to provide you with accurate sizing. We also include the original vintage size when possible. Please note that vintage sizes are not comparable to contemporary sizing, so we encourage you to read through the measurements.

To further guide you, we have provided the detailed measurements of the mannequin on which all the clothing, accessories and bags are shot.

EDITORIAL LOANS

FROCK loans items for on page editorial credit.
A 10% restocking fee is applied based on the retail cost of each individual item.
A letter of responsibility from the magazine is required, as well as a valid credit card to be kept on file.

RENTAL  POLICY (available to the trade only)

30% for a 2 week rental period. 50% for 1 month.
A 10%/day late fee based on the total retail value of the items will be charged for any late returns.

APPROVAL LOANS

Items are allowed to be taken out for fittings free of charge for a 24 to 48 hour period (agreed upon prior to pull).
If no items are purchased or rented, a 10% restocking fee is applied to all items pulled.
