Jean Paul Gaultier Celebrated in Montreal: From France to French Canadian

The Montréal Museum of Fine Arts celebrated the opening of Jean Paul Gaultier’s new retrospective last night. The exhibit is curated according to Gaultier’s various “obsessions”: fetishwear, punk, urban jungle, sci-fi, boudoir, and nautical. It is great that there is still a contemporary designer of Gaultier’s great artistic level. They seem to be disapearing from the runway at a rapid rate. If you are in Montreal, definitely check out the exhibit from one of the best ever!
